Meet Jen
I know what it feels like to juggle a full life — caring for others, chasing big goals, and trying to keep my own health in check. As a healthcare professional, fitness trainer, and busy mom, I’ve faced seasons of exhaustion, setbacks, and moments where I felt completely out of alignment with myself.
But through those challenges, I discovered something powerful: when you connect your body and soul, everything changes. Your energy, your confidence, and your sense of purpose come alive.
That’s why I created Aligned Body & Soul — to help others experience that transformation for themselves. I blend my expertise in functional fitness, corrective exercise, Pilates, and mindset coaching with a compassionate, practical approach to health. My mission is simple: to help you move well, feel strong, and build habits that support the life you want to live.
