Service Description

This walking workout will increase cardiovascular fitness, improve energy, and help maintain overall better health! This is a low-impact workout that can be modified for any fitness level - great for beginners or Seniors! We will incorporate walking along with some strength, balance, and flexibility exercises. Our goal is to get you moving and feeling your best!
