An introduction to self-myofascial release using a foam roller. We'll target each muscle group for a full body experience. Foam rolling can help improve circulation and blood flow to your tissues, relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation, and increase your joint range of motion. Some even find it relaxing!
